About the job
About who needs care: My mom (82) needs help with her husband (87). He is on hospice for prostate cancer. A nurse and an aid do come over 4 times a week for a couple hours. My mom needs help especially overnight so that she can get her sleep. He has a catheter with a bag that night need to be emptied and he might need help using a bedpan for BM's. He also might need to be turned to avoid bed sores. About the care needs: My brother and I would really like a caregiver that is caring. Andy (the patient) is a sweet man, but my mom is pretty protective of him and only wants his best. My mom is very overwhelmed with all that is happening. They have been active members of Church for many many years, and their relationship with God is important, especially now as Andy is facing the end of his long life. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
