On weekdays will need to get Harold off the bus and inside. Take him to the bathroom using the Sara steady we have. Then give him his afternoon medicine and get him in bed for a nap. Clean bathroom if needed. Load dishwasher if needed. Do a load of Harold's laundry if his basket is getting full. Let the dogs out back to go potty. Then just sit with him until I get off work or he is ready to get up. On Saturdays it would be to come and give him a bath and change his bedding.
