About who needs care: need bathing assistance/ambulation assistance to bathroom/assistance with showering, dressing, grooming in her home; will have shower chair, walker, gait belt; patient has had a stroke with very light deficits, but my dad can't get her in and out of the shower safely About the care needs: Home is just outside of Hannibal city limits, they do have 2 small dogs. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
