About who needs care: Dad has limited mobility, electric wheelchair, currently unable to transfer on his own, incontence, copd, fluid pooling on legs. He has previously been self sufficient. Limited hobbies. Likes cowboys and reading the paper. He wakes up between 7 and 8 am, dressed, light breakfast, TV, read, evening meal, bedtime is about 9 p.m. About the care needs: Individual needs to be physically able to aid in transfer of 300 lbs man in the event legs buckle. Individual needs to read cues as to if dad wants to chat, simply get in with things and then fade into other non-peesonal chores. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
