About who needs care: Use walker & wheelchair on bad days. Mentally competent. Lots of spinal issues mess with my balance. Try to be self sufficient as much as possible. 47 hours per month. Retired RN due to disability. Interest in sewing, animals (don't have any here cuz I can't take care of them properly due to weakness).
