We have elderly parents that need assistance. My mom is end stage dementia in hospice, takes only a sedative and arthritis medication. Has a shower aide 2 times a week. Job would be getting her out of bed, bathroom assistance, dressed, fed and companionship. On Fridays it would entail getting ready for bed and making sure she is asleep before you leave. For my dad, it would be getting him some meals at this point.
