Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Crystal City

We need hands-on care to take care of my mother in her home in Crystal City. Personal care required, including feeding. We're looking for some help preparing meals. We're looking for someone to provide companionship. We would like to hire a caregiver who has experience in safely operating a Hoyer Lift to make transfers from bed to wheelchair, wheelchair to toilet, and so on. We would like a caregiver who can periodically wash my mother's hair and clean her skin with wet wipes (or by other appropriate methods) (she cannot enter her shower). My mother enjoys talking with a companion, watching TV, reading books, watching birds through the window, and taking naps.
