My husband requires help with the majority of things because of Parkinson's, he is having balance issues. He's 73, is able to feed himself & requires help with his daily, personal care. He needs help with technology, when his business communications require it. He needs help with transferring to and from a wheelchair. He needs help with practicing his speech therapy, as well as physical therapy at times, being taken to Dr appoints & running errands. 12 hour shifts, days only. In order to be fair working every other weekend is required. One week will be 4 days and the next week would be 2 days. Then that 2 week schedule repeats. Of course fluctuations happen, depending on personal needs, obligations, unexpected situations, etc. Must be a CNA or have some type of certification showing you have training in healthcare.
