About who needs care: My father had a severe stroke on November 14th, 2024. He has been in the Hospital since. His right side is paralyzed, and he has a trachea. I am looking for help for SLP, OT and PT. Also, a trach nurse, if possible, we would like to bring him home to continue his cares. About the care needs: He's on a heated humidity tracheostomy, not a ventilator. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
