Seeking hands-on care 8 miles north of Virginia for my brother who is 80 with COPD/Asthma and on oxygen. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements. He uses a walker and needs to use it more so some encouragement to walk would be good.
