Looking for a PCA for our son who is the sweetest 25-year-old young man with special needs. He is on the autism spectrum with limited verbal skills. His smile & laugh are infectious and anyone who has worked with him will tell you he's a joy to be around (he's literally happy ALL the time). We are looking for someone who is interested in helping him with daily activities/living skills, job coach, as well as going out and doing fun things together. We would need someone who: has their own car with a clean driving records, does not smoke, is comfortable with pets (our sweet dog thinks he's part of the package when someone is here) and someone who has the patience and love to give our son when we can't be here.
