About who needs care: Signs of beginning dementia. Walks with walker but doesn't walk with it very good. Needs help going to the bathroom. He is wearing DEPENDS now. Is having prostrate surgery in December 2024. No hobbies anymore. Mostly sits in his chair and watches TV or sleeps. About the care needs: If he falls I cannot get him up by myself so I would need help if he falls. Services needed include: companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
