About who needs care: End stage dementia. She is not really mobile. Diabetic. currently in palliative care. She is getting an evaluation for hospice care. Husband and daughter live in the home. About the care needs: Someone that is cheerful and is able to help me transfer her from a hospital bed to a Hoyer I have both at home. Help change her and get her to a chair for the day. Services needed include: companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
