C. lives in a memory care @nursing facility but our family would like to have someone check in on her and spend time while we are on vaction for one week in April. R. C. has dementia, needs reassurance, reminders and assistance for bathroom, stand-by assist with walking, some feeding assistance and encouragement and someone who can provide caring companionship during time together.
