About who needs care: Fall in spring 2024 resulting in fractured R femur and fracture of T 7-8 vertebrae. Head surgical repair of demure and fusion ofcT5 thru 11 vertebrae.. walk right now with only walker. Am not driving my own car yet. Have had joint replacements of shoulders and knees. My ideal day would be. Up between 9:00 and 10:00. One exercise session in am.. chores in PM with exercises.. dinner at 5:30 to 6:30. Exercisie in evenings. Full shower 1x per week. About the care needs: Conversational can do household tasks and errands. Can practice car transfers and can motivate me to exercise. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, and mobility assistance.
