Caregiver Assistant for Daily Transfers We are seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to assist a full-time caregiver with daily transfers for an 81-year-old female, living with dementia, requiring help with mobility. This position will focus on assisting with two transfers per day: one in the morning and one in the evening. Key Responsibilities: Morning Transfer: Assist with transferring the individual from her bed to the commode, and then to her wheelchair. Evening Transfer: Help with transferring her from her wheelchair to the commode, and then back to her bed. Team Support: You will always work alongside the primary caregiver. You will never be alone during these transfers.
