Seeking Full-time Night Shift Senior Care Provider

I need senior care provider with experience. I'm looking for 8 p.m. - 8 a.m. 7 nights a week. Picking him up at his girlfriend's each evening around 8 p.m. and bringing him to his house( about 1. 5 miles away) you would change day bag to night bag, help him get his pjs on and he takes one medication before bed. Caregiver would sleep with monitor in case of an issue but my dad sleeps thru the night almost always 12 hours. Caregiver would leave at 8 a.m. when next caregiver arrives. I need someone with urine bag cleaning experience- knows how to change from leg bag to night bag and clean them. The house is quiet and roomy. We are 5 grown kids.
