About who needs care: I have a spinal cord injury and cannot drive anymore. I am have an extremely difficult time getting reliable drives to clinic and other needs.. such as haircut. About the care needs: any personality... just a safe driver. I don't need any other help. I use a can and can get in and out of car without difficulty, although I am slow. Services needed include: transportation.
