Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Rochester

About who needs care: My Dad is a very pleasant 88 yo with little immediate short term memory. He lives with my Mom at The Waters on Mayowood in Rochester. He has had to straight intermittent cath for 8+ years, and prior to 5 weeks ago was doing it independently physically, but needing overseeing in bathroom to make sure completed hygiene and the cathing. He uses a pre lubed cath. I am looking for someone or a combo of person(s) that can come in minimum 3x/day to oversee/assist with - near at 8am, 12:30 p.m. & 8:00 p.m. - if possible even a 4th time. About the care needs: Friendly, needs to be able to communicate effectively and work with my Dad who with his dementia often will say 'no' if asked. Skilled with assuring hand hygiene pre and post straight cathing; remaining in bathroom to assure that the cathing is completed, and capturing /measuring volume of urine. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
