Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother And Father In Rochester

I need a hands-on care provider with Alzheimer's / Dementia experience for my mother in her 70s. My father also needs some help and is likely the more acute situation. Mobility and companionship are probably top concerns for him at this point. May need some help needed with bathing and general mobility. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker.
