Companion Care Needed For My Father

I'm looking for overnight companion care for my father in his 80s. We have daytime care and we're looking for someone who could stay overnight, someone to be in the house when we're traveling. This doesn't require staying up to watch over him every minute. It doesn't even mean being with him every moment that he's awake. He lives with us, it's like replacing us, being ready to respond if he needs something but also letting him live his life. Please be willing to do light housekeeping. Additional responsibilities might include meal preparation. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, comfortable with pets and CPR / first-aid trained.
