Seeking Part-time/Full-time Senior Care Provider In Prior Lake

I need senior care provider with experience in memory care. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Mobility Assistance, Help Staying Physically Active, Companionship, Errands / Shopping, Transportation. Assistance with medication is needed. We're looking for someone to provide companionship. Part of your responsibilities will include running errands. Duties include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.). Patient like game shows, crossword puzzles, and likes to be outside and car rides.
