Hands-on Care Needed For My Loved One In Minneapolis

We need hands-on care to take care of my loved one in Minneapolis. Your only responsibility will be helping with bathing and dressing three times a week which takes 1. 5 to 2 hours. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker. This is for my sister who is late 40s and suffers from ALS so she is unable to move any of her upper limbs on her own. She can stand to move from her wheelchair to the bath chair with the help of a guide belt. The ideal person has experience / is comfortable bathing others and is patient and a good listener as her speech presents as slurred from the ALS.
