Hands-on Care Needed For Myself In Minneapolis

About who needs care: I have cerebral palsy. I use an electric wheelchair and use a voice computer, but I communicate faster using my own hand number language. I live alone in Bloomington Minnesota. My current pca agency is HealthNorth, and currently I'm qualified to get up to 15 pca hours a day but it could drop to 10, but it will likely stay at 15. However, it doesn't necessarily mean that one pca gets the entire amount of hours a day. About the care needs: I make all of my legal and financial decisions, and I don't need any supervision! I mainly need assistance with eating, grooming, bathing, and driving my minivan. Also I would like someone who is able to fix small things, do light housekeeping, and someone who doesn't mind dim house lighting. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
