Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Minneapolis

We need hands-on care to take care of my father in Minneapolis. Important - experience with managing and administering medication is required. Ability to manage cognition/memory & confusion issues. Ensure safety in movement; helping when necessary. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. One of your responsibilities will be helping with bathroom & bathing. Duties include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.). Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained.
