Seeking Care Provider For Elder In Minneapolis

I'm in need of a care provider for my precious mom. Hours are varied and somewhat flexible (daytime, evening, overnight, and/or 24-hour blocks all are possibilities), but must be available for some weekends and evenings. Care needs include companionship, mobility assistance and help staying physically active, bathing/dressing, toilet assistance and light housekeeping, Mobility Assistance, Help Staying Physically Active, Bathing / Dressing, Companionship. Looking for a caring, compassionate, patient, reliable, mature, observant companion who enjoys really getting to know and support her client.
