Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Minneapolis

Seeking hands-on care for my father in his 80s. Our father John is a sweet old man, a retired professor who basically built the house he lives in. He has Alzheimer's. He lives with my mother, and she has been his full time caretaker, but it's not enough, as our father now needs constant supervision. For that reason, my sisters and I will be hiring a caretaker who can be with him 4 days/week. Experience with managing and administering medication is required. Some light tidying up is involved. Please have experience assisting with feeding. We're looking for some help preparing meals. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. Duties include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.). Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, comfortable with pets and CPR / first-aid trained.
