Care Needed For Nonbinary Person With Long Covid

I need a care provider for my sibling in their 30s. They are non-binary and queer, so LGBTQ+ friendly is a must. They are suffering from long covid, so the caretaker must take regular covid tests (provided) and mask at all times in their home. They are currently bedbound, so assistance with toileting/diapering is a must. Minor assistance with medication is needed (reminders, handing pills to them). They also need frequent snacks and beverages delivered to them in bed. They are on a primarily liquid diet, so some preparation of liquid food is necessary.
