Occasional Saturday Care For Quadriplegic Woman; Flexible Hours

I am looking for a new caregiver willing to travel who can come for a minimum of 4 hours (preferably 8 hours) on occasional Saturdays. I will need help more often starting in October when one of my caretakers leaves town for 6 months. I prefer a caregiver who is a non-smoker. I also have built in study hours for students in the afternoons. No. Experience. Necessary. Most of my caregivers have had little experience and learned on the job.
