At-Home Wound/Compression Care Needed For Myself In Minneapolis

I am a single 45-year-old male who specifically (and urgently) needs temporary, recurring at-home wound care - for dressing an leg wound and assistance with applying/wrapping compression bandages for lymphedema in the leg(s). I live alone, and am dealing with obesity, diabetes, and lymphedema. I receive outpatient care services - but they are too busy to schedule me for the required frequency of re-dressing my wound. About the care needs: Looking for someone with ideally with some experience in basic wound care. Looking for maybe 3-4 visits per week, each visit roughly 1 hour or less in duration?
