About who needs care: John (JT) is very kind and loving guy that has Down syndrome. Hes very self sufficient. He handles his own breakfast and lunch. He needs help with dinner and likes watching movies in the evening. Basically looking for help with dinner and companionship while Im traveling. We have a nice guest bedroom and your own bathroom for any overnights. About the care needs: We are looking for a kind, caring companion that wants to talk to JT, watch movies and watch over him. We need someone that has experience with Down syndrome and knows how to handle JT well. You will find JT endearing and hes usually a happy camper. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
