Hands-on Care Needed For My Wife In Lindstrom

Help needed for my wife in her 80s - seeking full-time hands-on care, probably long term. The ideal match will meet the requirements below. Help needed with bathing, personal care, moving from wheelchair back and forth to bed, incontinence, some physical therapy (full list available). Personal care required, including feeding. Seeking someone to handle meal preparation and some light housekeeping. Karen suffered seizures after major operation in Jan, 2024 and spent 6 months in hospital. Medically OK, but can't move very well at all, and has cognitive issues. Had 24/7 care until now but don't need that much care and need to reduce expense. Husband is available most of the time and handles medication, feeding tube, overnight repositioning. Dining room is set up as care center but hope to be able to move to BR at night in future.
