We need hands-on care to take care of my wife . Some light tidying up is involved. Some help needed with bathing. Personal care required, including feeding. We're looking for some help preparing meals. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker. Could be long term with PT/OT assistance. I handle meds and feeding tube, but she can eat with assistance. At this point, self movement is limited but hope to improve with time and PT
