Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider In Isanti

About who needs care: I have Congestive Heart Failure and Coronary Artery Disease. I am scheduled to have Triple Bypass Surgery on March 11 2025 and will need home care after being released from the Hospital. I have diabetes and take insulin 4 times a day. I also have 8 medications I take once a day. Not sure how all that will change after my surgery. About the care needs: I need someone who can be very compassionate to my situation and take it easy when giving me care. They need to be able to help me with going to the bathroom, change my bandages and clean my surgery areas. Help me eat, and be here from when my Dad leaves for work til he gets home. Roughly from 6AM-4 p.m. Monday- Friday. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
