About who needs care: My elderly mother has been battling with dementia and stroke complications. She's unable to stand or move around, but finds joy in knitting and her beloved novels as she used to be an author and as well a writer. She needs a companion and a caregiver as I work as a medical assistant who has less time with her and I mostly work night shifts About the care needs: I need someone who has proven experience, ability to pass a background check, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for caregiving. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
