1-2x Per Week Dementia Companionship. Flexible Days/hours. Private Pay

Looking for an individual to sit with my mom for 1-2 days a week. Early stages of dementia. Still able to self care but needs prompting in some aspects. Sundowns early/mid afternoons. Prefer someone with alzheimers/dementia experience but will work with the right person. She enjoys puzzles, some TV, gardening, painting, fixing things, coffee, kids, pets, pine cones, rocks, collecting stuff. Her husband is her primary caregiver but needs a break sometimes. Safety is our primary concern at this time. Potential for this to turn into a full-time live in position as the disease progresses. The goal is to keep her at home for as long as possible. $20-30+/hr depending on experience. Must have own transportation and cellphone. Light housekeeping, meal prep, required.
