About who needs care: Receiving in-home hospice care due to heart failure. Has mild Parkinsons disease and suffered a stroke 18 months ago. Primary caregiver is wife who will be having surgery and an extensive rehab. Still ambulates but is a fall risk. Needs help with daily cares, meals and overnight. Spends day in his chair with occasional bathroom visits. About the care needs: Need a kind person who can carry a conversation. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
