About the job
About who needs care: I am planning a two week trip from Aug. 25 to Aug. 4. my husband, Bob, is staying home. We were hoping to have daily visits during that time period to make sure he is eating correctly and to have outside communication. He loves sports and nature. He has limited mobility, using cane or walker. He is pretty independent during the morning hours and takes a nap in afternoon, so early evening visits to make sure he is okay, getting enough liquids, and perhaps warming a meal that I have already prepared in freezer. And, like I said, someone to talk to. About the care needs: He loves to talk about sports, but I think any friendly, outgoing person would be fine. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
