Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Anoka

I'm looking for hands-on care for my mother in her 80s. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping; laundry once a week, change bed linens, dishwasher loading / unloading. Some help needed with bathing / showering. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with pets, a small Shih Tzu that likes to watch Animal Planet and chase squirrels on the porch. She is mobile without cane or walker, but should be using one more often. She is a 4-stage lung cancer survivor, brain tumor survivor with an ostomy. She can make her own meals, take Rx and can take care of her clothes, shoes, etc. She has children in the area that take care of weekly shopping, errands and yard work, etc and a daughter in Wisconsin that takes care of Rx and scheduling Dr. Appointments who visits on weekends every couple of weeks.
