I'm looking for hands-on care for my husband in his 70s. We would prefer someone who can handle laundry and limited light housekeeping. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. Preferences for a caregiver who is comfortable with pets and CPR / first-aid trained. Our pet is an older therapy dog. She is great. Experience and patience with a person with some confusion, needing gentle prompting to do what is needed.
