I need a hands-on care provider for my father in his 70's. He has an LVAD (mechanical heart pump) - you would not need to manage this, but it's good to know! He needs help washing up, doing laundry, light meal prep, and light cleaning. He also needs reminders to weigh himself daily and it would be helpful to have someone who can remind him at the time that they visit. He is a little unsteady on his feet but has a walker in the home. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained.
