About who needs care: Hello, I am seeking assistance with the care of my ex-husband Bruce. He had a debilitating stroke in 2022, which has left him unable to walk. After 2. 5 years he has decided to return to his apartment. I am administrating a plan of action for him with the hopes of getting him out of the bed and walking again. Currently my Son and I are taking care of his incontinence hygiene. He would need someone to come to the home a minimum of 3 days a week to take of his incontinence hygiene and bed baths. About the care needs: The ideal caregiver would be male, able to assist with rolling a 320lb man on his side. Because Bruce has been laying for so long, he is stiff but able to help move his body. He is very cognizant. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
