Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Waterford

My mother (75 y/o) has Alzheimer's/vascular cognitive impairment (moderate dementia). The right person for the role will have experience with dementia cases and also be a good companion. At this time, her condition affects her memory, ability to plan, and increasingly her language skills. Physically, she can walk/bathe/toilet/eat without assistance. Job Duties: Meals: Prepare breakfast/lunch Companionship: Listening/Talking/Sharing/Laughing together Community: Short, outings to lunch, movies, library, etc (when she agrees to) Hours: Monday - Thursday 9:00a - 4:00p, no overnight/holidays NOTE: Must have own transportation, be reliable. The job is in Waterford . Housekeeping: put dirty after-meal dishes in dishwasher/wipe kitchen counters (daily), vacuum main level only/wash towels (weekly), dust mom's room (bi-weekly).
