Hands-on Care Needed For Myself In Washington

About who needs care: 3 surgeries in one year! Back fusion, knee replacement, hip. I have trouble moving, walking with a walker, dressing (pants, can't do stairs. I can get groceries delivered but cannot get them from the porch to inside my apartment due to a stair. I can only stand for a very short time the I need to sit down. I sleep in a recliner, cannot lift legs to get into my bed or lay flat (too painful) About the care needs: someone who is kind and enjoys helping others Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
