Hands-on Care Needed For My Loved One In Warren

I'm looking for hands-on care for my aunt who is 101. She lives independently and drives - however, she recently suffered a fall and has a broken right arm in a cast.. She needs someone with her 6 hours per day, 8 a.m. - 2 p.m. Duties include: helping with bathing and dressing where her casted arm limits her; preparing breakfast, lunch and something she can warm for dinner; driving her locally on errands and/or to church; some light tidying around her home; laundry. Having own transportation is required. Non-smoker preferred.
