Hands-on Care Needed For My Loved One In Warren

About who needs care: Hello - I am PoA for my Great Aunt, who is 93. She is in great physical health (goes to the gym 5x a week and goes dancing 3x per week), but struggles with paranoia and delusions. She is not yet ready for memory care, but will not accept assisted living in a facility. The doctor has ordered that she has someone check in on her 2-3 times per day to help with meal prep, confirming she's bathing regularly (she can do it herself right now), that she's taking her medications, getting her groceries, etc. I'd love someone who'd be willing to transport her to and from the gym and perhaps a dance or two per week. I would also love support for medical appointments as I live 45 minutes away and have a newborn baby. Meals on Wheels and transportation could be great options for her, too. She is mistrusting and the doctor has told her that the only way she can go home is if she accepts care. She tends to make unsafe choices on her own (trading in her car without telling us, getting into accidents without telling us, not telling us her furnace is out when it's below zero outside, etc.) so I would need someone who is willing to communicate with me (even via text) very regularly on her status. I am not sure what the budget is for her long term care insurance, but I've reached out to learn more. About the care needs: Needs to be someone who would be open to dancing, exercise, walks, talking about healthy eating, willing to "play along" with the paranoia, etc. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
