About who needs care: My wife has progressive Parkinson's disease which makes her high risk of falls. Needs help in bathing, toileting, feeding and personal care. She needs wheelchair for in home mobility. Needs a caregiver who has lot of patience About the care needs: Caregiver needs to be skilled in transferring her from chair to wheelchair and vice versa, and to seat her on the toilet. She is very unstable in the transferring process. Her speech is impaired and needs patience to be understood. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
