A female provider with geriatric experience to transport my mother to and from doctor/dental appointments approximately 5 times per year. She will need stand by assistance getting in and out of a wheelchair. The transport wheelchair is light weight and will easily fit into the trunk of a car. She wears Depends and takes care of her own toilet needs, but it is possible she could need assistance in the bathroom.
