Hands-on Care Needed For My Loved One In Rochester

We need hands-on care to help take care of my loved one in Rochester in a facility. Some help needed with placing breathing tube on nose, getting water and feeding. She is my sister and she has ALS with a broken ankle. She is receiving some care at the facility but they seem to be short staffed consistently.
