We are seeking a hands-on caregiver(s) for Julia. She is in her 50s and is a wonderful woman. Julia has multiple sclerosis (MS) and is in a wheelchair full time. She is a non-smoker and lives in a clean pet-free home. Her home is set up for a person that is in a wheelchair. Full manual transfers of 140 lbs are required using a bear hug transfer. No experience is necessary she is great at training her caregivers. MS is not contagious nor terminal. She has no other health issues. Help is needed with meal preparation, light housekeeping, range of motion/stretching exercises and an occasional short errands. Listed are the two (2) hour shifts that we need h Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker.
